PHOTO TIPS & HINTS - THE NEW IMPROVED PHOTO CRITIQUE GUIDE

To copy this Critique Guide simply highlight the text with your mouse and right-click COPY.

You can later right-click PASTE the text into comments boxes, Forums etc.

Use this guide to carefully consider each listed attribute of the image you are critiquing.

Explain why you feel each attribute works, or does not work.

It is not enough to say (for example) “Yes, they have created diagonal lines within this photo.”

Explain why you think this works for the image. Explain how it makes you feel.

By using a structured guide, not only will you create well considered critiques, but you aill also learn what does or doesn’t work, and why. Which will ultimately help make you a better photographer.

Excellent! I was taught to review images like this about 3 years ago and have done so since. But sometimes, when you go to review a photo that is not “professional” you have to wave some of these aspects. :) But all i n all when reviewing those images that you know can sell or will sell this is perfect. Thanks for writing it up and sharing it with everyone.
