Stewart, my Personal Trainer and Boxing Coach. He is 40kg lighter than me and about 4 inches shorter than me, and he can use me to wipe the floor anytime he wants. He is fit and strong and so very very fast.
He has taught me the first rule of boxing : Keep your hands up at all times!
Everyone learns this rule the same way, and I was no different. I dropped my hands because I was tired and POW he punched me full-tilt in the face and growled at me to keep my hands up.
Its amazing how quickly you learn something when you get punched in the face!
god those eyes are brilliant! those wrinkles on his forehead! his posture! his seriousness! the black and white! the composition! and the window…awesome shot. fav!
