Well Byron – I’m not really sure if I feel ‘privileged’ to have an image of mine in this list (especially in view of the absolute ripping apart you gave it ;), but I have most certainly benefitted from the experience in the slightly longer term.
I learnt more from this one extremely thorough review of an image of mine you did – and then reading up on many more of your posts about composition etc – than I have from anything else.
Then it’s been a matter of continuing to take 1000s and 1000s of photos, and applying the knowledge I have gained to every single image I take and compose. I hope the development is visible in what I do.
So – thanks, I guess ;)))

BYRON:
As always, you are most welcome, Grasshopper.
DragonFlyer
Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr…………. (hoppity) ;)
BYRON:
when you can take the lens cap out of my hand then you will be ready to leave, grasshopper.
Have you noticed that the link to some critiques don’t work anymore? It looks like the Group they were in has been deleted.
BYRON:
You do get the “Kung Fu” reference, right?
DragonFlyer
Yeah – I did notice that…. strange things happen to groups, I notice.
And – ‘leaving’ and/or ‘learning’ – at least one of those things never changes ;)))
BYRON:
I am in contact with RB Admin to try to recover those critiques.
BYRON:
Peter from Admin is looking into it for me as we speak.
I am thinking of copying all those tutorials across to my journals that way I won’t lose them like this again. The down side is that there is often other good information supplied by other member’s posts that wont get transfered.

Ooooooh – woops (silly me!!!) I SHOULD have – my son is really into Kung Fu and he thinks the ‘grasshopper’ is his style…
LOLOL…. how silly me… NOW I take that as a BIG compliment ;)))
