HELP !!!

Is anyone else having problems getting their iPhone image to upload for an iPhone case?

I keep getting an error message that the image is the wrong size. I know that it is supposed to be 1187 × 1852. I go to image size in Photoshop CS3 and click on Constrain Proportions and change either the width to 1187 or the height to 1852 (I can’t achieve both) and save the image and open it on top of the iPhone template and save it and when I upload it, I get the same error message on image size.

I have been able to successfully upload an iPhone case image once before, so I know I can do it. So, is it me or is it Redbubble?
