Lake Falls in Matthiessen State Park is possibly the most magical, spiritual waterfall I have ever photographed. It is special and always blesses me with a wonderful spiritual feel to it. It inspires me to be religious in some way that I cannot explain. The whirlpool is like God. He has no beginning and no end.
superbly composed image, I have a local water fall that I’ve been trying to capture recently but so far have not manged to get a decent composition, this image have given me some ideas Ill have to find a whirlpool!!!!. Great work very well done. Rich.
Thanks Rich. appreciate the comment. It is not an easy thing to find. The water has to flow in a certain way from a certain angle. You have to stare at the water leaving the falls a long time to catch the pattern of how where it is going, I wish you luck.

Thanks so much Barb. I was so happy to catch the whirlpool. It just topped off my day of shooting. One of my best shots of the day I think.
