This small waterfall flowing into a large basin is called “Giant’s Bathtub” in Matthiessen State Park in northern Illinois. The long exposure traced the water circling to the right of the frame. Camera used was a Canon 5D.

This rocks!! cool the way the leaves look with the slow shutterspeed, i wouldnt mind finding this gem and shooting it
It makes me feel dizzy lol. Nice effect with the combination of moving and stationary leaves though. It shows that subtle works well, you don’t need to have huge motion blur.
Thanks Chris and Richard. Two SP members (1 former, 1 current). Let’s discuss Ratings on SP LOL, HA HA HA and the ever popular HO HO HO!
Wow this is fantastic! The fast motion of the water along with the still leaves… you rock Adam, great work!
