Amazing how children so often find joy in difficult circumstances.
And what a vicious looking cat on the ground.
Lovely shot.

excellent image. I love so much about this:
The happiness of the little boy with his kitten,
The graffiti on the walls and obviously run-down environment surroundings, contrasted with the heart shaped grass/leaves and red flowers in the window bars. To me that says “It’s not much of a house, but there’s love in our home”....
well done!
Ben Pacificar replied
Wow Debbie I never noticed the heart shaped leaves on the window before! Thanks much for the comment and the good eye!

Awesome. I also noticed the heart made from palm in the window. A beautiful red flower placed in the center – love is there. Wonderful capture.

Looks like the cat’s getting tired of being kissed. this is an awesome pic- the youngster and the cats slightly off-center, the wood on both edges of the pic with the shape of the pallet wood reflected by the secuirty screen on the window center top… it’s great, but it’s sad too. I don’t see a single bit of living green. Love the way the child’s showing off the kitty.
