Peggy’s Cove, south of Halifax is an enchanting village with coves and cottages right out of our imagination. There is a web of winding trails that lead to the lighthouse perched on top of a rocky headland.

Thank you Vitta, much appreciated
I’ve been to Peggy’s Cove once and everyone seems to photograph the lighthouse. It’s nice to see something different for a change :)
I must find my light house shot … LOL Thank you for your great comment. B-)
Lovely composition, colours and lighting.
Thanks Carol, we stayed near by and were able to get there before the crowds came down from Halifax – it is always special that way!

excellent capture, sounds like a beautiful place
Lovely Lovely place!! B-)
You were very fortunate to have a place like this to visit. We loved the exposed feeling of the location – open to the elements!
Thank you so much for featuring this image – I am honoured.
A beautiful image Barb … great compostion(here’s hoping that the next time we go back east [which might be this coming fall] we will finally make it up into Nova Scotia … time will tell, if not we will make it there someday). HUGE CONGRATS on your very well deserved feature!! Take Care ~ Rick & Deb ~ ☺
