I was standing on the garden rooftop of our apartment in Caloundra watching the approach of this storm crossing the northern end of Bribie Island . It massed and shaped into this wave as it crossed from the mainland and headed out to sea. Frightening for me as storms at the time were my most fearful of beasts.

Description of Bribie Island National Park
This sandy island, 34klm long and up to 8km wide, is located to the east of Caboolture at the northern end of Moreton Bay and separated from the mainland by Pumicestone Passage in SEQueensland Australia.
