What a wonderful year it has been--Happy New Year! belongs to the following groups:
Former DPF Members, Pacific Northwest and Western United States Artists and PhotographersAlthough I miss Digital Photo Forum, what a year it has been here at Redbubble sense I joined the group last March. Through the comments, advice and sharing of information by fellow members I have been able to advance my skills and improve my images. I thank you all very much for this!
It has been a busy year and thanks to the members and creators of Redbubble a very enjoyable one. I have managed to upload 253 images onto the site and have had 13,095 individuals view my images along with two people liking my images enough to purchase copies of them. What has given me the most joy though is that you, the wonderful artists of Redbubble, have found that 41 of my images are of a quality such that you chose them as featured images for your various groups—what an honor!
Outside of Redbubble my photographic skills have been challenged also. In May I became a member of a cooperative art gallery in Gig Harbor, Washington by the name of Ebb Tide Gallery and have managed to sell enough images to pay my rent every month. I also have had two of my images chosen and published in the 2009 Gig Harbor Lions Club calendar and a couple of my images accepted to be published in a coffee table photography book of the Gig Harbor/Key Peninsula area that should be out sometime this year.
What a ride it has been this year!!
