My photographs are not always technically correct, I tend to break the rules but I do that knowing what the rules are and having a reason to do so. My photographic images are what and how I see the world around me in my minds eye—they are who I am.

Yes it was Gail…it was my first event as a re-enactor which made it all the more enjoyable. Next year after I’ve built my box camera housing imitating an 1860s wet-plate camera I will be able to go onto the battle field as a photographer which will be a blast. Mathew Brady here I come.
