My photographs are not always technically correct, I tend to break the rules but I do that knowing what the rules are and having a reason to do so. My photographic images are what and how I see the world around me in my minds eye—they are who I am.
well time capturea scene from the pages of times pastin the struggles of mankindwell done. cheers rick
Thanks Rick, I’ve been photographing these reenactments for a couple of years now but this was the first event that I took part in as a reenactor/living historian. Lots of research into history yet to do but very enjoyable discussing what I do know with the people that come to watch our events. Lots of great images to capture.

Well done, great timing and framing.
Thanks Paul, the framing was consciously done the timeing was pure luck (and a lot of tries).
Wow – well caught. This could be an old painting.
Thank you Rosalie—if I could just paint!
Lots of shots taken and I finally got lucky on my timing of the cannon firing. Thanks Deb.
