My photographs are not always technically correct, I tend to break the rules but I do that knowing what the rules are and having a reason to do so. My photographic images are what and how I see the world around me in my minds eye—they are who I am.
They look ready for action. Great shot & processed Bryan.
Thanks Gail. The kids seem to have has much fun reenacting at these events as their parents.

Great series, Bryan! So much history in these images.
Thanks Olga. I am constantly amazed by the vigor these reenactors put into these events. They were camped on site for 4 days, sleeping in cotton tents, cooking on wood stoves and wearing those comfortable wool outfits. They all try the best they can to keep the event as period as possible and the history lesson provided to the visitors (especially the younsters) if fantastic—more than they could ever get out of a book or history lesson at school.
