Union Navy sailors stand by their new Gatling battery gun at the 2009 Port Gamble Civil War reenactment. It had just arrived from the armory the night before and was fired for the first time later in the day. 
My photographs are not always technically correct, I tend to break the rules but I do that knowing what the rules are and having a reason to do so. My photographic images are what and how I see the world around me in my minds eye—they are who I am.
