The unusually high temps from the previous day had warmed the ground, the tide levels were very high and the cool morning temps all combined to create a very dense fog that layed seige not only to the fort and every thing within miles, but also to all my equiptment. Making this a tough but rewarding composition.
The sun, in the right top background is already high in the sky and struggling to burn the fog away. It didnt happen until about 10:00 am. A beautiful day to be out and stroking the shutter.
