Love it mate, this is superb…
Just a question, the D60 doesn’t have auto bracketing on it?..How do you get your different exposures mate, via the EV+/- ??
Rodney Trenchard replied
Thanks Jason.I have to do it manualy i take one at metered exp then over exp buy 2 stops then under exp buy 2 stops. and each shoot is takin with 10 sec self timer so thats why i have trouble with the clouds moving :
( but i manage.. id love auto bracket :)M1EN
Yeah thats a beautiful one mate! By the way I exactly have the same problem for bracketing with my D60. Your better have a fast thumb to scroll the EV stops faster than the clouds =
) Will definitely be looking for ABE when buying my next camera.. not for soon though :/Rodney Trenchard replied
Thanks mate.Yeah when i got my d60 i hade never even herd of HDR

Lovely image, HDR can sometimes look over cooked but this is great. Do you find 3 images at the time better than one in raw?
Rodney Trenchard
1RAW is heaps easer but i find that single “HDR” get really noisy.. but i still use the style alot. Thanks Almark.PS the sand dune on left is realy built up it stops the waves from coming over maybe thats why it apears a little up on that side (which i agree with) but she is fair dinkum straight! thanks for your comments and thoughts mate :-)

Beautiful image. This is the kind of result that may shift my HDR approach to “sooner.” Although I’ve seen beautiful work through HDR, I had relegated it to a long “later” in my time table. Your work may influence a change. Thanks for sharing this one.

Beautiful HDR. I’ve been playing around with it recently, but I have a lot of trouble with noise. You’ve got some gorgeous work.
Rodney Trenchard replied
Thanks very much..The best advice i can give re noise is to shoot 100 ISO And if possable RAW.Please feel free to BM me if i can help in any other way..tone map setting or what ever
