The American highways are a fascinating subject, even if they’re sometimes overused.
The memory of a long drive is often times a mental blur of yellow dotted lines, red and white lights, road signs, and brightly lit truck stops. All the time painted on the background of hills, valleys, plains, suburban housing divisions that run for miles, and skyscrapers.
