DNA and the missing bits

A double strand of DNA ten atoms wide and nearly 2 meters long is coiled up inside very human cell and every other living thing known to man and this has been true throughout evolution ,from the first bacteria right up until today.
This fact alone is amazing and mind blowing alone ,but

DNA contains the complete genetic information for the construction of humans and the DNA is replicated in full in every new cell grown and is a vast organic hard drive far bigger than anything we can create

Only about 3 to 10 % of our DNA is active in our body at any one time making up all our parts
So what is the rest of it doing ?

This none coded DNA has been called junk DNA because of its vast amount of random
Or repetitive code .

All human language has a formula which is called zipf law after linguist George zipf.
This law works like this
Imagine a book of any given number of words .if the most common word in the book appears 10,0000 times this is’ rank one’
then it is certain that the tenth most common word in the book ‘rank ten’ appears 1.000 times
and the one hundredth most common word will appear 100 times .the numbers vary from text to text but the formula is the same .

If you apply this formula to the junk DNA you find that it is not a random soup of junk but is
Set out in an organised language form .every other test that has been done on junk DNA comes up
With the same conclusion it is a language

So What does it say ?
Is it a how to manual for life ?

The next step is to de-code the code .
But many ancient cultures and their shamen seem to know all this stuff already
But we choose to ignore that fact in our techno age .
