Mirages were famous in almost all the western movies when I was a kid. They are optical illusions of bodies of water seeming to be in the distance. I have heard them referred to as witches water too. They seem to be most common when the temperatures are over 90 degrees F, When traveling, I almost always smile at the memories associated with them. I hope you enjoy my little valley mirage. :o)
