As a girl, my friends and I would often pretend to be wild horses. There were 5 or 6 of us running as fast as we could. Stomping, pawing at the earth, and pretending to be wild and free. Showing dominance with a little kicking and neighing. The imagination of children have no boundaries. We just knew we were really horses. :o)

reading the first part of your friends and you made me laugh…visualized it….how sweet…but the horses look a little crabby with each other..I use to have several horse s in Chicago and sometimes the looks in there eyes..whoaaaaaaaaaaa… this..great job and smiles..
Sherri:):) and yes kids do have a great imagination..we made our own its games tv and all that other stuff…kids don’t out and play as much…not good..

  • LOL! I’m glad you enjoyed this. And to answer your other question, I don’t go through LA since I’m in Southern Orange County. My drive home takes me 45 minutes tops and 20 minutes if there isn’t much traffic. I’m glad you had fun at the beach. Hugs. Thank you. :o)

You are very talented Bunny. You have really shown the feelings of wild and free in this image of the horses and I love your writing. It makes me think of some of the great times I had as a kid when things were much simplier. Imagination is a wonderful thing and I think you are filled with it. It reflects in your work.

  • Thank you Carol. I appreciate your wonderful comment. Childhood memories should be shared so they don’t die. That is why I put them out there. We didn’t worry all the time and try to get everything done. :o)

  • LOL! I think a lot of little girls were wild horses. It seems to be a common thing at about 10 years of age. Thank you Angie. :o)
