When I lived in the South, this flower touched my heart. Huge, white and leathery in texture with the wonderful scent of lemons. The glorious Magnolia. The blossoms often larger than 13 inches in diameter. This particular beauty was just opening up to show its lovely center within the white creamy petals. Now I get to enjoy them in Southern California too. :o)
