Many fruits are considered an important part of our health. Some are touted to work wonders for joints. Some for a healthy heart. Still others for weight loss. I have, over the last year and a half, been learning the proper foods to eat and maintaining the weight loss I need to keep my momentum. In other words, as the doctor told me, I don’t need to be as sumptuous as I was. Being a woman of substance, I have found foods that help to curb my appetite and others that make it worse. I am fortunate to have my honey and best friend supporting me in this process as they were in the same state as me. I have said for quite a while, “There is a skinny bitch in there, screaming to get out.” :o)
