One of the ways I had of coping when I was a teenager, was to go out in a storm and sit and cry with the rain. There was something cathartic in the process. I normally hate getting wet in the rain or snow, but at these times, it was a must. After I had done this, I felt cleansed and ready to face whatever else was dished out. We all have our tools, but this one worked well for me. :o)

Created in Photoshop CC from sketches combined and then painted. This had 7 layers.

can I ask you …what do you do when you have a project list, that sounds like a good idea, your such a smarty..I love it..

  • I have a scratch piece of paper with pens and pencils all around (in case I don’t see one where I think they should be). Then I start listing things I think might make a good series because I already have maybe 3 or 4 images done. So I would need to create 8 more to have a calendar. After the clouds are done, there will be white animals, eyes, frogs, origami, hares & rabbits, cats, smiles, black & white, etc. Currently, I have 18 on the list. I add on to it as I go and strike them off as I complete them. :o)
