My oldest son has loved working with wood for many years. Actually, he likes anything he can turn on his lathe. His lovely wife’s father has taken him under his wing and has gained a partner in learning the skills of using a lathe. I gained another daughter and her family. My other two kids and myself all love my son’s handmade gifts. It sure makes gift giving among us a lot easier. My daughter and I tend to exchange gift cards for Same with my youngest son only iTunes instead. I keep thinking I can make more gifts when I retire, but I am not too sure that will happen either. I do share all of my art with them though. They can all use them as wallpapers. :o) I hope that counts.

Great blending and I love the somwhow reverent feel of this design.

  • If you have never seen anyone using a lathe, it is a magical thing. As they turn the piece, the patterns and colors begin to show their beauty. Each one unique. Thank you hon. :o)
