I have had a long love of chiles and salsas. Especially on eggs. Well, really, on everything except for Asian cuisine. They have their own special kinds of hot. My honey has a gringo mouth, as does my dearest friend. I cannot eat the Habeneros like I used to, but that is okay. I am more about the taste than the hot. Since I don’t cook much any more, I know the best places to go to get what I like. Yeah baby! I like it hotI :o)
