When I lived in Denver, one of the things that always stuck out in my mind was how beautiful the city was at night. It always looked magical and like a crystal fairyland. When I traveled at night, it was one of my favorites sights coming home. The Los Angeles and Orange County area has its own beauty, but the lights are not as pretty as Denver. :o)

Oh, I like that as a triptych!

  • Thank you Tina. It’s not often you can do one with Apophysis, but I dug out one of my old scripts and made a few modifications and tweaked from there. :o)

Love the work Bunny! Sometimes I think there is nothing more wonderful about a given moment in a given place, that is what our memories are made of. Your words got me thinking of when I was 17, and we often drove to Inverness at night in the lorry; it was all dark for miles and miles, and then you’d see the city lights. Such a small place as Inverness too. Recently when I think about other parts of the world I might someday see, I seem to be recalling memories from places I’ve already been. So many moments that you can easily forget in the rush. I really do try and capture the moment when I’m outside Bunny, the atmosphere always contains something special that you can catch and keep a hold off. I’ve found before that even when the atmosphere is pleasant, it doesn’t always mean that it’s safe; sadly, danger can be round the corner even on seemingly peaceful days. I find that capturing that moment, but never being complacent is the only way to make it through the night. Best Wishes Bunny!

  • I am very much into the moment of remembering things in case I won’t be able to do them again later. Today’s walk was one filled with beautiful perfumes from the wild roses and the sea sage. They give off a heavenly scent when the sun is warm as it was today. Saw American Avocet and Black Necked Stilt chicks. They look like fluff on long sticks. :o) Have a good night.
