The inner realm has been touched on in many thoughts of worship from New Age to a few of the older Earth Deities religions. Now it is actually meant in reference to meditation. The visions of what you see in your meditations can sometimes be a wakeful dream. You are in a relaxed state. Some people are very focused on their travels and others tend to dream. Focused is preferred, but I have found the dreams to be useful in relaxing and for setting goals later. I hope you have enjoyed this little tour through my inner realm. :o)

  • Thank you Donna. I keep trying, but not doing very well. As stated, my mind is like a naughty child. Going where it shouldn’t. :o)
