Wild Things HAS BEEN NOMINATED FOR SoJie 3!

I am very excited to have been selected from out of over 30,000 works of art to display my work in SoJie 3. SoJie 3 takes its name from the Solo Exhibition group’s Juried Invitational Exhibition. This month is only the 3rd one, ever, and 56 other artists, besides myself, are represented.
Winners of the invitational will be announced on June 2nd, when a 1st, 2nd and 3rd place will be awarded in three categories: digital art, photography, and traditional art.
Non members, as well as members, ARE welcome to view all of the work nominated. So I hope that you will click the show banner, above, and follow the link to view my fellow exhibitors. The works are shown “gallery size” and are beautiful, seen together.
If you do not belong to the group, Solo Exhibition, you cannot participate in commenting; and joining to comment is not encouraged. But you CAN lend support by commenting in my journal, here about the show.

I am not sure how this decision is made. I think it is between the judges for this showing. Still, pretty exciting. :o)

Welcome to the RING, Bunny! Congratulations on your selection to Solo’s 3rd Juried Invitational Exhibition.
“Wild Things” is a great example of good digital art, and I’m grateful to Helene Kippert for spotting this (hehee, really, no pun intended!), and selecting it for SoJie 3. I am mostly familiar with your fractal work, but this shows another talent. You drew this on your digital tablet, and then painted it in Photoshop, based on an image you captured at the zoo of an Ocelot. It’s a very impressive work, Bunny, and showcases another side to your creativity. You have all my best wishes!
