The Vine's Hunger
How many of you remember when Little Shop of Horrors came out? The original started out as a rock musical by composer Alan Menken and writer Howard Ashman, about a hapless florist shop worker who raises a plant that feeds on human blood. It later became a long-running 1982 off-Broadway production and subsequent Broadway production, the musical has been performed all over the world. The musical was later made into a 1986 film of the same name, directed by Frank Oz. I loved the music and fell in love with the movie. I never laughed so hard. This is a homage to all those artists who made this such a wonderful work of art. My favorite line of course was “Seymour! Feed Me!” :o)
Created in Incendia 1.3. Postwork in Photoshop to get the correct hue and lighting. This was a 7 day render to get most of the textures I wanted more than anything else. Apollonian structures seem to take a bit longer than the other formulas.
