Great moment captured Cathleen… just lovely!

Thanks, funny how some shots can happen; I was hanging out the washing with my cat wrapped around my legs when I looked up to see if it was going to rain, saw the beautiful cloud, tripped over the cat, ran inside, grabbed my camera focusing on the way and got it :) Cat didn’t think much of it.

great shot…what would we do without the camera? An image we cannot possibly see with the naked eye.

Love this shot, truly wonderful!!

This is exqusite, I love it! I don`t know how you got those beautiful blue reflecting dots but I think they are awesome too! I`ve got a cheapy digital camera, when I take sun shots I get RED/Pink spots / things all around they aren`t even round they look like some weird shape. Almost like the inside of a mechanical parts of the camera or a negative of eyeballs or something. That is why I don`t post them. I wish I could do as well! You are great at this! I commend you! Beautiful shot really.

Wow. Starr, if you have any sort of picture manager, whatever came with your computer, just twiddle around. Try all sorts of combinations; that’s how I got this and my other landscapes, etc. Start out with the best focus you can get of what you’re taking and then go from there. Thanks for your lovely messages everyone.

What is there not to love about this image – great composition, lovely cloud formation, great colour and the best title!!! Thank goodness you decided to check out the weather…
Cathleen Taraw..., 11 months ago
And yes, Andrea, it’s amazing what you find in a picture when you bring it up on the screen, that you didn’t see when you took it. Like magic. New world of colours and detail in a sometimes drab day.
Cathleen Taraw..., 11 months ago
Thanks Jenny, it was on account of my washing; three loads to do in the middle of winter. Weighing up – hmm line or garage? Fit more on the line but no point if it’s going to pour. Give me quantum physics any day. Plus you have to fold it. And iron urghhh.

You could well be right, even if God isn’t bowling, it’s a lovely image and super imagery. not sure about quantum mechanics though.

I often have thought as I hear the rumbling thunder that God and His angels are bowling. Great capture of powerful beauty…

Cathleen Taraw... in reply to RockyWalley’s comment, 5 months ago
I had a peg in my mouth. I don’t know. Just waited for a gap in the clouds then whammo!
RockyWalley, 5 months ago
