Nice job Cathleen with those horizontal lines—makes an excellent backdrop to this busy guy. I also think it`s cool that your lighting reflects from the wheel barrow back into his face, relating him to the action. Nice work!

Wow… this is a superb piece. Great light, wonderful color and I agree with snapHappy.. the background not only works well, I think it is part of what makes the photograph. I love how his little flipflops almost look to big for him too.
