the lighting is natural day light I just edited it to seem like studio darkness.

I’ve been shooting in natural and studio light but prefer the natural for it’s brilliant and soft qualities.

I understand. It depends on how harsh the direct sunlight is
the time. I usually shoot late in the day.<br />Also, I've started to shoot different thingsnight w/a flash and you automatically get the black background and such deep, rich colors of your subject.Give that a try. I discovered it by accident one evening.
