This Eagle is near it,s nest. The folks at Chincoteague National Wildlife Refuge have 24 hour access to the nest through a remote live camera, viewable at the visitor center. Of 3, one is left, and at around 7 weeks old is healthy. Of the other two, one could,nt make it out of the egg, and the other was a runt that this one gave the boot to.Something very rare 20 years ago. Not the best photo, but the expirience and the info was more than worth the entire trip.
