for happy Rate yourself on a scale from 1-10 (1 being seriously depressed, 10 being the happiest) and then create a self-portrait expressing that state. i’m mostly a woman of almost extremes. today i’m a 3/10, it’s all good though, any minute now i’ll be a 7/10 again. and generally, overall, i’m a very happy person. ;-)

im at 3 today but im still yet to work out if im depressed or just plain old brain dead lol nice photo with the nice pleasant colours in the background to hopefully thay will lift your spirits :)

Had a bad day once but got over it, I reckon if I can get out of bed at my age and not see my name in the obituaries it must be a ten. From there on in it’s up to me.
