Based out of San Francisco but tied up at the South Bay Yacht Club in Alviso. Looks like a small tug to me, but probably being used as a part of the restoration project at the Alviso Marina.
Thanks Andrew. While there are a lot of neglected boats here, I think this one was just tied up for the weekend. There is a lot of work going on to reestablish the Alviso Marina, and I have a feeling this boat is used as a dive boat for that effort.
