My name is Brooke and I live in northeastern Ohio. I have been blessed with a wonderful family (my husband and 2 sons) and the Nikon D50 (my first DSLR) that my husband gave me to pursue my dream…. and have now upgraded to a D300!!

I have loved photography ever since I got my hands on the Nikon FM10 when I was in college. I did not initially go to college for photography, but have ended up taking additional courses through the University of Akron and with the help of Professional Photographer and Photojournalist, David Shoenfelt, I have been fine tuning my skills. A few trips to the library always helps too!

I have covered some team roping events, portraits, a couple weddings and shot some abstract art. I love all types of photography and am still looking for my “niche.”

I would greatly appreciate any and all constructive criticism anyone has to offer. As I would someday like to make this a full time career.
