A gorgeous sunset during a fairly strong-winded snow storm in the Rocky Mountains. This storm was quite unexpected and unusually early in the season, but definitely welcome in my eyes! Aside from being well below freezing, the winds were probably gusting at about 60-65mph, forceful enough to knock me flat on my butt a considerable few times! Which in turn made this panorama quite technical to take with my Olympus E-500 because the tripod socket stripped, therefore only giving me the option of handholding the camera in these forceful winds…
I see a line over the mountain in the sky… same shot, different take, from the other? It’s beautiful
This is a panorama of 7 photos taken during the same sunset as the other one. It was such a surprise to see all of this color during the rather dull gray storm!
