I have been painting in acrylics for over twenty five years in a realist style, which ranges from impressionism to photorealism, and have a very eclectic range of subject interests. I am now exploring a tighter realism in my work, especially in my series ’Life’s a Game’, depicting close-up views of boardgames in progress.

I am self-taught and, after many years as a ‘hobbyist’, I am now painting professionally and currently represented by Art Exposure Gallery, Glasgow and Contemporary Six Gallery, Manchester .
