Sydney has quite a lot of surviving colonial buildings which are now, jammed packed in against modern skyscrapers and set amongst traffic and electric lights.

Photo taken today, 22 July 2011, at midday (almost), exactly one month after the winter solstice and yet, it was another dark, frigid day. The sun will come back to us soon (I hope).

    Great photo, born and bred in Sydney, now its a nice place to visit, and so glad to see a great shot like this other than the Opera House! Love it!
