good angle bryan i’d love to capture the full diameter of the dome but id need to setup a tripod , but the rentacops would be on me lol

  • Thanks Philip. Yes, I’d like to get the full dome from right underneath too but I’d have to learn how to get to the middle of the big hole in the floor. I’ve seen the comments about the rentacraps but didn’t see any today, perhaps they were in secret hidey holes waiting to swoop on poor unsuspecting photographers with tripods. Someone used a gorillapod on the staircase after being harrassed by a rentacop.

Great angle, I like the spiral staircase in the corner adds to it! I managed to take one from under with a tripod one day…not sure if I would be steady enough for handheld!

  • Thanks Richard, appreciated mate. I think I upped the ISO on this one, not too much but just enough to make it easier and steadier on the longer exposure.

  • LOL. I can see it now Philip, ‘What IS that thing???’
‘Oh, it’s a walking stick for my camera!’
