This was a black and white 35mm photo that I took with my Pentax K-1000 when i was about 15 years old. That makes this photo 16 years old. I was living in New Hampshire and there was a great Jazz bar that was located in Nashua New Hampshire. I wasn’t able to get in when i was that age but the owner let me in during the daytime to take some pictures. At night i remember sitting on the curb across the street drinking bad wine from brown bag and listening to the jazz. I knew at this point i was going to be an artist and at the same time reconciled with the fact that i was o.k. to be crazy for doing so!
