I created this stretcher or painting out of the use of 2×4′s, and the entire painting ended up being 8ft by 5ft wide. I wanted to really stress the gears and grinds that we as humans go through on an every day basis. So if you look closely at the painting you should hopefully take notice to the obstacles that life throws our way on the right side of the paintingBut if you as the viewer also noticed the entire left hand side of the painting is shifted towards the freedom of imagination. It is non-constraining, it appreciates the learning and working process that also comes along while in the middle of any artistic release. This type of path is the path we artists only wish to be on everyday!
