I am a Toronto / GTA based Photographer / Visual artist working in both Traditional Film & Digital… I love the look and feel of old school film, so about 90% of my black & whites are shot with it…

As a visual artist I work in charcoal and other media

I also write Haiku / Senryu…Haiku is like a photograph…a moment in time… I suppose this is what draws me to it…my Haiku is based on a freestyle form with only a few rules…

One …I love a good cup of coffee especially on a beach…
Two…I love Backpacking in the bush, 3 weeks 455 km the longest yet and the Bruce trail is a favorite…
Three…Once long ago I raced motorcycles…
Four…I have a stray cat named Dusty He’s my BFF even when he bring’s home fleas…
Five…I built my frist camera ( a pinhole ) at age 11 out of an old orange juice can and from that frist blurry photo I’ve taken photo’s ever since…
Six… I like Whiskey, Beer, and classic black sunglasses…

Well what’s new ? Well I’ve been busy all summer working and just pushing myself, and taken my artwork in new directions…more colour and more textures, as well I’ve taken up print making, so you will see new types of work soon…I can say after all this I feel I’ve taken my knowledge of artwork a huge step forward and I think it’s important sometimes to jus…
