Great shot Bruce. My daughter has a similar toy which she still has and is hidden in a cupboard in her flat, she’s now 18. Sounds weird I know but I guess no matter how old we get, we still keep hold of childhood toys. I love the selective bw/colour treatment.

Oh so sweet. It reminds me of my daughter’s Giggle’s and Fufu bear. She loved them so much.

Fab story and capture. My sister had a cotton handkerchief (called ‘nankie’ instead of hanky) that she carried everywhere. She would twist the corners of it, so that it wore away. My other sister had a Scooby Doo stuffed animal that she would carry around under her arm, so that his neck was thread bare. Mum had to sew him up. I had a Rupert the Bear….
