A Spring scene from Hobart’s Royal Tasmanian Botanical Gardens, well known for its spectacular displays of tulips.
This particular photograph was captured on the second, and last, of two rolls of Kodak Kodachrome 64 transparency film I exposed in and around Hobart, during Winter and Spring 2010 before the demise of the famous film. The camera used was my beautiful old Voigtländer Bessamatic 35mm SLR, a personal favourite.
Camera: 1959 Voigtländer Bessamatic 35mm SLR.
Lens: Voigtländer 50mm f/2.8 Color Skopar prime lens
Film: Kodak Kodachrome 64 35mm transparency
Processing: K-14 process courtesy of Dwaynes Photo.
