Another shot from the archives.
This was the scene that greeted visitors to Hobart’s world-famous Royal Tasmanian Botanical Gardens main entrance in Spring 2010. Captured on roll film with Fujichrome Velvia 50 transparency in 6×6 format.
Velvia is the King of films and, without question my absolute favourite.
After all, life is much too short to only shoot colour negative.
Camera: Hasselblad 500C/M medium format SLR
Lens: Carl Zeiss 150mm f/4 Sonnar telephoto
Film: Fujifilm Fujichrome Velvia 50 transparency
Professionally E-6 processed
Incident light reading made with a Minolta Auto Meter III light meter.
