Saint David’s Anglican Cathedral is situated in the centre of Hobart and is one of the city’s most beautiful and historic buildings. I made this image during 2013. Due to the need to stop the lens down considerably for best depth of field, and the reciprocity of the film, a long exposure of approximately 30 seconds was computed, necessatating the use of a tripod, cable release, and mirror lock up for best sharpness.
