Brittany Kinney

I am a twenty year old amateur photographer located in the suburbs of Pennsylvania, USA. I do a lot of digital work and manipulating in Adobe Photoshop 7.0 as well as Paint.

In my junior year of high school, I was enrolled in the Pennsylvania Leadership Charter School’s Center for Performing and Fine Arts. I took a Darkroom Photography class where I learned the technicalities of photography as well as how to develop my own film. I am now currently attending Bucks County Community to obtain an Early Childhood Education Associate’s Degree. I was enrolled in Digitial Photography Fundamentals and learned more about the digital side to photography while in this class. It was a fantastic learning experience!

I have been involved in photography since I was about 14 years old and first started off with one digital camera, a Kodak EasyShare CX7300 (which now belongs to my younger brother). Since then, I had moved on to a Fujifilm Finepix S700 (digital with the features of a manual), FuljiFilm ST701 (traditional manual film camera) and a Polaroid One 600 Ultra. I am now currently shooting with a Nikon D-40. This is my first Digital Single Lens Reflex (DSLR) and I love it!!
