Water came into the ground floor entryway near my art room and ruined the carpet and some of the wood-work and bottom of the stairs. Aside from the stench and mud; and two days of ripping up carpet etc. it was an opportunity for me to have a clean out of old art works and to reassess.
In some ways I feel inspired/determined to continue and in others I feel that I am wasting my time and never hitting the marks I would like, When all is said and done goals/measurements are irrelevant because I’m only doing this for myself and just by doing I am achieving the main goal. Still, it doesn’t hurt to imagine and project.
