Pear trees are the first trees that show their flowers in spring.
This one I found in “Altes Land”, a region in northern Germanys where lots of fruit trees are grown. You can find information about this region on wikipedia.org

Image taken in early April. I am not that sure if it is a pear tree. I was told so but maybe it is an apple? Any hints?
